Your personal data will be processed on the basis of
- 6 clause 1 lit. a) – c) GDPR in order to conclude a contract with the ADMINISTRATOR for the purchase of products offered by the ADMINISTRATOR, a stationary store at Siekierczyn 267, 59-818 Siekierczyn, and stores registered on the Allegro trading platform, online stores and purchases made via other communication channels such as telephone or e-mail
- Your personal data will also be processed in order to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on the ADMINISTRATOR, including: detection and prevention of fraud, determination and defence and prosecution of claims, verification of payment credibility, handling complaints and notifications, technical support, financial settlement, including issuing accounting documents.

The recipients of personal data are exclusively authorised employees of Jaskot. The data controller may disclose personal data to service providers to whom the data controller has outsourced services related to the processing of personal data, such as IT service providers Such entities process data on the basis of an agreement concluded with the administrator and only in accordance with his instructions.
Personal data may be made available to the bodies authorised to do so under the law, the law on the organisation and conduct of business (including the Social Security Institute, the Tax Office). Personal data will not be passed on to other third parties without separate consent.
The administrator stores personal data for the time necessary to perform the tasks resulting from the Companies Act (6 years) and the applicable Personal Data Protection Code.
We comply with the requirements of the GDPR, which establish the right to access, rectify, delete, limit the processing, transfer data, object and withdraw consent at any time under applicable law We comply with the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
