According to art. 13 section 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: the GDPR), we inform that: we are obliged to inform you about important issues regarding the processing of personal data in our systems:

Your personal data processed on the basis of:

6 clause 1 lit. a) – c) GDPR in order to conclude a contract with the ADMINISTRATOR for the purchase of products offered by the ADMINISTRATOR, a stationary store located in Siekierczyn 267, 59-818 Siekierczyn and stores registered on the Allegro trading platform, online stores and purchases made through other communication channels such as phone or email.

Your personal data is also processed in order to perform the legal obligations incumbent on the ADMINISTRATOR, including: detecting and preventing fraud, establishing and defending and pursuing claims, verification of payment credibility, handling complaints and notifications, technical support, financial settlements, including issuing accounting documents.

Your personal data may also be processed for marketing purposes, however, only after you have given your voluntary consent.

The recipients of personal data will be only authorized employees of Jaskot. Personal data may be transferred by the data administrator to service providers to whom the administrator has commissioned services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service providers. Such entities process data on the basis of an agreement concluded with the administrator and only in accordance with his instructions.

Personal data may be made available to entities authorized to do so on the basis of legal provisions, the Act on the organization and conduct of business activities (including ZUS, Tax Office). Personal data will not be transferred to other third parties without separate consent.

The administrator stores personal data for the time necessary to perform the tasks arising from the Business Act (6 years) and the applicable letter of the law regarding the protection of personal data.

We meet the requirements of the GDPR set out the right to access data, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer data, raise objections, withdraw consent at any time based on applicable law. We comply with the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body when the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016.

Please be advised that the personal data collected is not profiled, transferred or made available to international organizations.

At the same time, we emphasize that protecting privacy, including personal data, is one of the highest priorities for us.
